The tape started slipping after just two days, and my hair felt like it was being pulled the whole time I had it in. I was also a bit confused because the email said one thing, but the info with the product seemed to say something else, so I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it right. Overall, it just wasn’t a comfortable experience for me

I was really hoping these would blend in better, but they looked fake and didn’t match my layers at all. Maybe they work for someone with a totally different haircut, but for me it was kind of obvious in the not-so-great way.

The hair itself was okay, but the customer service was kind of frustrating. I emailed because my tracking wasn’t updating, and it took a few days before anyone got back to me. When they finally replied, the answer was basic and didn’t really solve anything, so I had to follow up again. It’s hard to describe, because it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price I definitely expected better communication and help.

I tried to exchange my order and the whole process ended up being frustrating. The replies were slow, and the return instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept feeling like I had to double-check everything. If you know you’re definitely keeping what you buy, it might be fine, but if there’s any chance you’ll need an exchange, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the trouble

I checked out babehairextensions.com hoping they’d have a bigger mix of styles, but the selection felt a little limited. They do have some colors and lengths, just not as many as I thought I’d find.
If you’re going for something basic, it might work out fine. I was looking for a more specific look though, and couldn’t really find what I wanted. The site itself is easy enough to browse, I just wish there were more choices.

I had a rough time getting my professional account verified. The process dragged on longer than I thought it would, and support took a while to get back to me each time. I get that these things can take time, but the lack of clear updates was frustrating, that part was weird.

I get that shipping isn’t always gentle, but the box showed up crushed and halfway open, which really wasn’t okay. The hair inside didn’t look packed carefully either, like it had just been thrown in there. Maybe others had a better experience, but this definitely wasn’t what I expected

"Honestly, Their Training Resources Are Weirdly Good"
I’ve been using Babe Hair Extensions mainly for the education and training stuff, it’s been way more helpful than I expected. The videos and guides are super easy to follow without feeling overly polished or like they’re trying to sell me some secret salon society membership.
I keep going back to rewatch certain parts whenever I need a quick refresher, and it’s definitely helped me feel more confident with installs and care tips. Not saying there’s a hidden agenda, but if there is, it’s apparently making people better at extensions. Easy 5 stars from me...

"Got dry and tangled way too quickly"
I was excited when I first opened the hair because it felt really soft and looked nice right away. But after wearing it just a couple times, it started getting dry, rough, and kind of hard to manage, even though I was using gentle products and trying to take care of it properly.
The ends tangle a lot and it sheds more than I expected, which makes me feel like it was made to seem better at first than it actually is. For the price, I really thought it would hold up longer, but it just didn’t. I personally wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a specific length and color, but the hair I got didn’t seem to match what I picked. The shade looked off to me, and the inches definitely didn’t feel right either. I checked my order email and, from what I can tell, I didn’t choose the wrong thing, though I can’t say for sure what happened on their end. It was just frustrating because I waited for it and then couldn’t really use it. Not super happy with the order accuracy.

"Pretty happy with them, just a little shedding"
I ordered from babehairextensions and overall I’m happy with what I got. The hair feels soft right out of the package, and once I styled it, it blended in nicely and had a really shine without looking fake. I did notice a few tiny things, like a couple of pieces shedding when I brushed through them, especially near the ends, so I took off one star for that. Shipping was fine, but not exactly quick — I kept checking the tracking because it sat in one spot for a bit. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but for the price, I think the quality is fair and I’d probably order again

I’m disappointed. At first I thought the hair was going to be okay, but after just a few wears it started shedding really bad, and then it kept tangling too. Like I’d brush it and think it was fine, then a little later it was already knotting up again. I really wanted to like it, but this just wasn’t it for me.

I really wanted to like these, but after about an hour they started feeling heavy. The clips kept tugging at my hair, and by the time I took them out, my scalp was actually sore. I definitely couldn’t make it through a full day wearing them.

I’ll be honest, my gut feeling early on was that this website was going to be a pain to shop on. Pages were loading slowly for me, and a few buttons didn’t seem to respond the way I expected, which made the whole thing feel kind of clunky.
I was trying to browse different hair options, but the filters kept confusing me and sometimes seemed to reset on their own. The product pages also felt messy, like I had to scroll all over the place just to find simple details that should’ve been easier to spot.
By the time I got to checkout, I just didn’t feel great about placing the order. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but for me, the site gave me a bad feeling and ended up being more hassle than it was worth...

"Checkout just wouldn’t cooperate"
The checkout process was such a headache. I added my extensions, filled out all the details, and then it kept sending me right back to the payment page with no real explanation. How are you supposed to fix the issue if it doesn’t even tell you what’s wrong?
I tried again on both my phone and laptop, thinking maybe it was just a glitch on one device, but nope, same thing happened. And then the shipping cost didn’t show up until late in the process, which was frustrating too. At that point, what else was I supposed to do? I gave up and ordered somewhere else.
